TV and Film maker Ekta Kapoor has rented a floor in Mumbai's Juhu area for Rs. 2.7 lakh each month to M Baria Developers. As per reports, the rent and permit understanding was enrolled on September 3, 2021.
The loft is situated on the fourth floor of the structure known as Krishna 2. The building has a sum of four floors.
A deposit of Rs. 10 lakh was paid by M Baria Developers. The loft has been rented for a time of a long time from April 11, 2020, to April 10, 2022.
In the interim, in August Ekta Kapoor and her mom Shobha Ravi Kapoor had offered a plot of land in Pune to family-possessed organizations Tusshar Infradevelopers and pantheon Buildcon for Rs. 20 crore. The arrangements were apparently endorsed on walk 31, 2021, which was the last date to profit the stamp obligation advantage by the Maharashtra government. A stamp obligation of Rs. 80 lakh was paid and the reports were enrolled in August this year.
